So far I believe I have seen three of them so I have a ways to go...but at least three of them are now available on blu ray of which I already own the first one on blu ray!
When I was doing some searching for more information on this series, I came across this show that William Shatner had back in 2002 called, "Full Moon Fright Night" and he had different cast members from various Full Moon Entertainment films, sit with him. He would interview them and they would basically co-host different films. I wish I would have known about this show- would have loved to have watched it!

I was perusing a local hobby shop that my husband and I visit every now and then when I was struck with this odd figurine still in its package, hanging on the wall. It was dim in the area it was hanging and I could see something glowing green in the dark. I walked over and as I got closer I could see it was the character "Radu" from the original "Subspecies" film. I thought oh wow, I had no idea they made basically action figures for this series- but at the same time it doesn't shock me. It was twenty five dollars with 75% off because the store was celebrating it's 3 year anniversary of being open. So I got Radu for a very great price to say the least! Below is a picture of the front and then the back. It's tough but I have decided not to take him out of his package.
In the end, this was a very cool find and I thought to myself wow, I AM a nerd...lol But when I talked to one of the owners, he started talking about the character and the films- right then and there I knew that I wasn't alone in my nerd world, there are others out there just like me. Must be why I love the show, "The Big Bang Theory" so much- they are a pack of geeks who know who they are and don't care- they have fun with what they are interested in. That's how I am as well. Growing up an only child, I knew who I was and never had another sibling to either compete with or influence me. I often wonder what it would have been like but hey, I will never know. I do think that between having many pets and hobbies, I busied myself when I wasn't with friends. That made me into the hobby nerd that I am and I have always known who I am and am fine with it. I think when you know who you are, truly know who you are, everything else simply falls into place. :-)
